We are pleased to announce that Christina Macon (shown above with her husband, Gary), our Environmental Resource Program division leader, has accepted a promotion and accompanying title. Please join us in congratulating Christina on her new role as EAI’s Environmental Resource Program Administrator!

Christina oversees EAI’s Environmental Resource Program and its expanding branch offices. Christina maintains and implements quality control/quality assurance initiatives and provides professional development and training for all staff. Christina is also a supervisor and mentor to EAI’s up-and-coming leaders.

Grace Botson (shown below with her family in Zion National Park) is now serving as Project Manager of the Coastal Protected Species Division. She has been an integral part of the group for the last 15 (yes, that’s right) years and has worked her way from field tech to Senior Scientist. Grace has been involved in nearly every turtle project that has come our way since 2006 and has shown exemplary growth in her management and supervisory skills. Congratulations, Grace!

We would like to welcome aboard new staff members: Amanda Krok and Jessica Richards (a past EAI Field Technician) will support Brevard and Volusia County, and Paige Loringer for Business Development.

EAI also welcomes and welcomes back our seasonal field staff for the 2021 sea turtle nesting season!
